Dancing OFTEN a better workout

I’ve done MMA, was certified Crossfit trainer, and more.. Some of my clients included folks who were too embarrassed to go to a gym.  Thunder’s solution: DANCE!!! Like nobody’s watching, because they aren’​​t! You’ll get your cardio goin stronger and better than a treadmill, and maybe even laugh in the process. Not all workouts are meant for every one, period. But this is one that truly is. Here’s an example of me even incorporating some light MMA training with dancin!
